A soft tape measure and thin clothing. Stand relaxed and keep the tape level.
The three measurements
Measure your waist at the narrowest point, your hips at the fullest point, and for bras your bust and underbust.
Between two sizes?
Choose the larger one. Comfort matters more than a tight fit.
